Robert Belt, CPA has twenty years experience auditing governments and non-profits, and has directly audited or reviewed over five hundred government and non-profit audit engagements. He is a graduate of Stephen F. Austin State University where he received a Bachelor of Business Administration, majoring in accounting, in 1988. In addition, he has earned the AICPA's Governmental Accounting and Auditing Certificate of Educational Achievement and also chairs our firm's participation in the AICPA's Governmental Audit Quality Center. Mr. Belt also serves as a member of the GFOA's Special Review Committee as a technical reviewer for the Certificate of Achievement for Excellence in Financial Reporting program and has reviewed reports from governments across the country. In addition, he serves as the managing partner of our Houston Office practice dedicated exclusively to governments and non-profits that serve our community. Since joining the firm in September 2004, she has audited numerous governmental entities, including the Cities of League City; El Lago; Galena Park; and Baytown; Gulf Coast Waste Disposal Authority; Harris County Appraisal District; and Lakeview Police Department. |

He has ten years experience auditing governmental entities, including the Cities of Bellaire; Jacinto City; Galena Park; Spring Valley; Hilshire Village; and Shenandoah; Waller; Harris County Appraisal District; San Jacinto County; Polk County; and the Alabama-Coushatta Tribe of Texas, as well as a number of utility districts. Prior to joining our firm he gained four years experience with another public accounting firm performing utility district audits. Mr. Krupke has also served as the treasurer for his church for the past seven years. |
